The Fireye SP-32-NG-ND-1.9 SureFire II Pilot Igniter provides a stable ignition flame for oil and gas main burners using natural gas and natural draught combustion air. Operating at 17–34 kW with 20–80 kPa gas pressure, it supports intermittent burner light-off or continuous pilot duty. Its 1.9 m insertion length allows the pilot to reach the required position within the burner assembly.
A sliding sleeve regulates combustion air to help maintain a stable flame, while the internal orifice-stabilizer assembly protects the ignition zone for repeatable light-off. The pilot accommodates separately ordered HESI or HTI ignition devices that ignite the gas-air mixture. Its 304/316 stainless steel and 310/330 heat-resistant steel construction supports a 300°C continuous operating limit and 500°C at the stabilizer and tube ends.
