Description
The Fireye SP-32-NG-ND-1.8 is a SureFire II Pilot Igniter that uses natural gas to light off oil and gas main burners. Its natural draught design operates at 17–34 kW with 20–80 kPa gas pressure, supporting intermittent light-off or continuous pilot duty.
A sliding sleeve regulates combustion air, while the orifice-stabilizer assembly helps stabilize the pilot flame. Built from 304/316 stainless steel and 310/330 heat-resistant steel, the pilot withstands continuous temperatures up to 300°C and up to 500°C at the stabilizer and tube ends. Natural gas enters through a 1/2" BSP female connection, while separately ordered HESI or HTI ignition devices produce the spark or arc needed for ignition.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the insertion length of the Fireye SP-32-NG-ND-1.8 SureFire Pilot Igniter?
