Its 0.6 m (1.96 ft) insertion length and 48 mm outer diameter air tube determine burner reach and mounting clearance. Operating on natural gas at 20–80 kPa, the pilot delivers 20–46 kW capacity for intermittent light-off or continuous pilot duty.
Natural gas enters through a 1/2" BSP female port to feed the internal bleed and main orifices, mixing with ambient air drawn through inlets governed by a locking sliding sleeve. An orifice-stabilizer plate shapes the resulting flame at the tube outlet, using a separately ordered HESI or HTI ignition rod up to 16 mm OD for ignition. Built from 304/316 stainless steel and 310/330 heat-resistant steel, the assembly handles 300°C continuous temperatures and 500°C at the tip.
