Designed for intermittent light-off or continuous pilot operation, it delivers 17–34 kW at 20–80 kPa. Its 1.6 m (5.25 ft) insertion length and 32 mm air tube accommodate burner installation requirements.
A protected ignition zone and orifice-stabilizer assembly support repeatable ignition, while a sliding sleeve adjusts incoming combustion air. The pilot uses 304/316 stainless steel and 310/330 heat-resistant steel, with a 300°C continuous operating limit and 500°C limits at the stabilizer and tube ends. Compatible HESI or HTI ignition devices are ordered separately.
