Description
The Fireye SP-32-NG-ND-1.1 lights oil and gas main burners in natural draught installations, supporting intermittent light-off and continuous pilot service. Its protected ignition and flame stabilization zone supports repeatable ignition, while an adjustable sleeve regulates combustion-cooling air. This SureFire II model has a 1.1 m (3.60 ft) insertion length.
A separately ordered HESI or HTI ignition device supplies the spark or arc through a coaxial rod up to 16 mm OD. Selecting an HTSS Spark & Sense igniter adds flame monitoring to this arrangement. Its center electrode first ignites the gas, then detects the pilot flame through ionization.
