Siemens Moore 91F60/QJ Regulator

$431.00

The Siemens Moore 91F60/QJ is a filter-regulator that conditions instrument-air supply to transmitters, valve positioners, and other pneumatic instruments. It both removes dirt, oil, and water and regulates output across a 1-to-60-psig range, protecting downstream instruments from contaminated or unstable air.

Description

The Siemens Moore 91F60/QJ is a filter-regulator that performs two functions in a single unit: it removes dirt, oil, water, and other impurities from an instrument-air supply, and it regulates that supply to the connected instrument. It installs in the air line directly ahead of the transmitter, valve positioner, or other device it protects.

Air enters through a 1/4-inch NPT inlet and passes through a cylindrical throw-away filter cartridge before a spring-loaded diaphragm and pilot plunger set the regulated output. It handles supply pressures up to 250 psig and regulates from 1 to 60 psig, with a bottom drain cock for periodic blow-down.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Siemens Moore 91F60/QJ do?

It filters dirt, oil, and water from an instrument-air supply and regulates that air to protect downstream transmitters, valve positioners, or other pneumatic instruments.

What pressure range does it cover?

It regulates output from 1 to 60 psig and accepts supply pressures up to 250 psig.

How is the filter maintained?

The cylindrical filter cartridge is a throw-away element, replaced via the bottom housing screw. A bottom drain cock allows periodic blow-down of collected moisture.
