The Allen Bradley 1756-M1 is a Series A ControlLogix memory board. It can only be installed in a ControlLogix 5550 controller, such as the 1756-L1, 1756-L1M1, 1756-L1M2, and the 1756-L1M3 controllers. This memory board has a 512 Kbytes expansion memory and has an open-style enclosure type rating. Note that only one memory board can be installed in a controller and it is recommended to use a grounding wrist strap and a #2 phillips screwdriver when installing this memory board to the chassis.
The 1756-M1 memory board has an operating temperature of 0 to 60 Degrees Celsius. It also has a storage temperature range of -40 to 85 Degrees Celsius. This memory board has a relative humidity of 5% to 95%, which is non-condensing. It also has a vibration of 2 g from 10 to 500 Hz, an operating shock of 30 g, and a non-operating shock of 50 g.
This memory board also has a Group 1, Class A emission and an ESD immunity of 6 kV for indirect contact discharge and 8 kV air discharge. The radiated RF immunity of the 1756-M1 memory board are as follows: 10V/m with a 200 Hertz 50% Pulse 100% AM at 1890 Megahertz, 10V/m with 200 Hertz 50% Pulse 100% AM at 900 Megahertz, 10V/m with a 1 Kilohertz sine-wave 80% AM from 80 to 2000 Megahertz, and 1V/m with a 1 Kilohertz line-wave 80% AM from 2 to 2.7 Gigahertz.
