This HME module has 512 KB of SRAM that is battery-backed and a 128K L1 / 128K L2 Cache. In addition, this 1756-HIST1G module has CompactFlash Type II with DMA Flash Memory and One Ethernet 10/100T IEEE 802.3 type of port. The 1756-HIST1G uses an irremovable rechargeable lithium form of battery.
