Robert Shaw 5110-053 Electric Thermostat

The Robertshaw 5110-053 is a heavy-duty commercial electric thermostat designed for high-capacity temperature control in cooking and heating equipment. This DPST (Double Pole, Single Throw) thermostat is direct acting and cycles open on temperature rise. Unlike the 5000 Series, it features an integrated SPST auxiliary oven-temperature cut-out switch for added safety. The overtemperature cut-out opens one leg of the circuit when the setpoint is exceeded and must be manually reset. This makes the 5110-053 ideal for ovens, fryers, and other commercial electric appliances requiring high-current switching and temperature protection.
