The Red Lion PCU (Process Control Unit) is a versatile process controller designed to accept either 0 to 10 VDC or 0 to 20 mA DC input signals. It accurately scales these process signals according to programmable scaling points and provides precise output control signals—time proportional, linear, or valve position—to maintain processes at desired setpoints. The PCU features a dual-line LED display for clear visibility of process variables and setpoints. It offers a comprehensive set of programmable instructions, allowing it to address various control applications effectively. The unit is designed for panel mounting and operates on a 115/230 VAC power supply. Notably, the PCU series has been discontinued by the manufacturer; however, existing units may still be available through certain suppliers.
