The Red Lion CSMSTRLE is an enhanced modular controller master designed to integrate with up to 16 Modular Controller Series slave modules, facilitating data acquisition and multi-zone PID control applications.
It features multiple communication ports, including two RS-232 serial ports, one RS-422/485 serial port, and a 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet port, enabling seamless connectivity with PCs, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
The CSMSTRLE supports simultaneous protocol conversion for numerous protocols, allowing efficient data mapping between various devices. It automatically identifies and addresses connected slave modules, storing their configuration information to facilitate quick reprogramming if replacements are necessary.
This controller is programmed using Crimson 2.0 software, offering an intuitive interface for communication configuration, system commissioning, and calibration.
The CSMSTRLE is UL listed for use in hazardous locations, ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards.
