The Red Lion CSDIO14S and CSDIO14R are digital I/O modules designed for integration with the Modular Controller Series Master (CSMSTR), providing enhanced remote I/O capabilities.
CSDIO14S:
Inputs: 8 digital inputs, independently switch-selectable for sink or source signals, and configurable for high or low active states. Each input includes a selectable filter to prevent contact bounce.
Outputs: 6 solid-state outputs, each capable of switching up to 1 A DC.
Power Supply: Derived from the system backplane, drawing 170 mA maximum load on the power input of the CSMSTR.
Operating Temperature Range: 0 to +50°C.
CSDIO14R:
Inputs: 8 digital inputs with the same configuration capabilities as the CSDIO14S.
Outputs: 6 relay outputs suitable for controlling devices like relays, solenoids, and PLC inputs.
Power Supply: Derived from the system backplane, with similar power requirements as the CSDIO14S.
Operating Temperature Range: 0 to +50°C.
Both modules connect and communicate via a backplane connection to the CSMSTR, allowing the system to share data with PCs, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
The inputs are isolated from the outputs, and each input can be independently configured for sink or source signals, high or low active states, and high or low frequency signals.
The modules are designed for DIN rail mounting, facilitating easy installation and integration into existing control systems.
