Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Instructions
Return Policy:
At TCI Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your returned item. Please note that Non-Cancelable / Non-Returnable (NCNR) items cannot be returned.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom or special order items
- Used or installed items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
