The Partlow MRC 7000 is a microprocessor-based circular chart recorder capable of measuring, displaying, recording, and controlling up to two process variables from various inputs, including temperature, pressure, level, and flow. It features a 10-inch circular chart and can be configured as a single or dual pen unit, with Pen 1 in red and Pen 2 in green. The chart rotation speed is programmable from 0.1 to 999.9 hours per revolution in 0.1-hour increments, allowing for flexible recording intervals.
Standard features include isolated process inputs for protection against electrical noise, sensor break and error fault detection, display and process filtering, and programmable alarms with up to two alarms per pen. The device supports On/Off and PID control, auto/manual control with bumpless transfer, and has a security access system to prevent unauthorized changes. Optional features include single or dual control outputs, retransmission of process variables, up to six relay and four 4-20mA outputs, remote setpoint input, remote run/hold, electric motor modulation, a 24V DC transmitter power supply, and RS-485 communications.
The MRC 7000 is housed in a structural foam enclosure suitable for panel or surface mounting, ensuring durability and ease of installation. It is CSA certified, CE marked, and UL recognized, meeting international standards for quality and safety. This recorder is ideal for applications such as ovens, chambers, furnaces, heat treating, food processing, and harsh water environments.
