The Partlow MIC 8200 is a 1/4 DIN single-loop process controller designed to measure, display, and control variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level. It features dual digital displays, with the top display programmable to show the process variable or deviation from setpoint, and the lower display selectable to indicate setpoint values or percent output. The controller supports universal inputs, accommodating thermocouple, RTD, mVDC, VDC, or mADC signals, with automatic linearization and cold junction compensation for thermocouples and RTDs. Control functions include on-off, time proportioning, current proportioning, and position proportioning, with options for single or dual 4-20mA outputs and up to three relay outputs. The MIC 8200 offers an Auto Tune function for heating outputs, facilitating easy tuning with choices for control algorithms and responses. Additional features include a battery backup to protect against data loss during power outages, an optional transmitter power supply, RS-485 communications, and remote setpoint capabilities. The controller operates on a power supply of 90-264VAC or an optional 24V AC/DC, and is housed in an extruded aluminum enclosure suitable for panel mounting.
