The Partlow MIC 6000 is a 1/4 DIN, microprocessor-based, single-loop profiling process controller designed for precise control in various industrial applications. It functions as a basic process controller with manual setpoint changes or can execute up to eight setpoint profiles, each containing six ramp and six soak segments.
The controller accommodates multiple input types, including thermocouples, RTDs, and DC linear signals (mA/V/mV), providing versatility across different processes. It offers single or dual control outputs and up to three event outputs, with options for relay, solid-state relay driver, or 4-20mA outputs. Additional features include a transmitter power supply, RS-485 communications, remote run/hold capability, and an optional remote keypad.
The MIC 6000 is housed in an extruded aluminum enclosure suitable for panel mounting, ensuring durability and ease of installation. Its user-friendly interface, featuring a single digital display and status indicators, allows for straightforward configuration and operation. The controller is CSA certified, CE marked, and UL recognized, meeting international standards for quality and safety.
This controller is ideal for applications such as environmental chambers, plastic processing machines, furnaces, ovens, and packaging machinery, effectively measuring and controlling variables like temperature, pressure, flow, and level.
