The Omega RAT-30-12 is a Type R platinum thermocouple assembly designed for high-temperature measurements up to 1650°C (3000°F). It features a 30 AWG (0.010″) wire enclosed in a 12-inch high-purity alumina protection tube, providing excellent stability and resistance to corrosive environments. The assembly includes a cast iron NB1-2 connection head with a 1/2″ NPT fitting, facilitating secure and straightforward installation.
