The Honeywell V5013B1045 is a 6-inch three-way flanged globe mixing valve designed for proportional or two-position control of hot or chilled water in heating or cooling systems. With a flow capacity of 360 Cv, it ensures efficient and precise fluid management. The valve is part of the V5013 series, known for its versatility in HVAC applications.
The V5013B1045 supports direct mounting of valve actuators, utilizing Q5020/Q5022 linkages for Direct Coupled Actuators or Pneumatic Valve Actuators for seamless operation. Its design guarantees constant total flow through full plug travel, ensuring consistent performance across a wide range of conditions. The stainless steel stem prevents corrosion, enhancing durability and reliability.
With a Class IV leakage rating (0.01% of Cv), the valve offers tight sealing, reducing leakage and maintaining system efficiency. Suitable for glycol and water applications, it is not designed for use with combustible gases. The V5013B1045 is ideal for closed-loop heating or cooling systems.
