Description
The Honeywell RM7840G-1022 Programmer Control is a microprocessor-based integrated burner control for single burner applications using gas, oil, coal, or combination fuels. This control system enhances safety and functional capabilities beyond traditional controls, offering features like interrupted pilot, selectable second-stage pilot valve, and running interlocks. It also supports LHL-LF proven purge and includes a valve proving feature. Essential components for this control include the Q7800A or B wiring subbases and a range of flame signal amplifiers (R7847, R7848, R7849, R7851, R7852, R7861, or R7886). Additionally, it requires an ST7800A plug-in purge timer card and the S7800A1142 display for comprehensive operation. The RM7800L model comes standard with the S7800A1142 keyboard display, simplifying user interaction and system monitoring. This control system is designed to ensure reliable and safe operation in industrial burner applications, providing advanced control and monitoring capabilities to optimize burner performance and safety.
