The Honeywell MS7403A2030 Coupled Actuator from the Zelix S03 Series is a spring return, direct-coupled actuator designed for precise control in HVAC systems. Operating on 24 Vac/Dc, it delivers a torque of 27 Lb-In (3 Nm) and accommodates a floating control signal. The device features a 3K Ohm input for 2-10 Vdc (or 4-20 mA with a 500 Ohm resistor) with SPDT switching. Feedback is provided via a 2-10 Vdc output. The actuator’s nominal driving time is 90 seconds, with a maximum spring return time of 25 seconds.
Designed for robust operation, it includes a mounting bracket and a self-centering shaft adapter, suitable for various installations. The MS7403A2030 can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40 to 149 degrees Fahrenheit and maintains performance in humidity levels of 5-95% RH.
