The Honeywell C7012F1052 is a solid-state, self-checking flame detector designed for integration with Honeywell Flame Safeguard controls and amplifiers. This sensor is engineered to detect ultraviolet radiation from the combustion of gas, oil, coal, or other fuels. It serves as a replacement for C7012 vacuum tube models, providing enhanced reliability and performance.
The C7012F1052 can be mounted in any orientation—horizontally, vertically, or at any angle in between—offering flexibility in installation. It features a threaded conduit fitting and color-coded leadwires for quick and straightforward electrical hookup. To reduce nuisance shutdowns, two detectors can be wired in parallel. While the sensor includes a 5-pin Brad Harrison type connector (formerly 41307N), the mating connector is not supplied or available through Honeywell. This flame detector ensures robust performance and reliability in various combustion applications, making it a versatile choice for industrial settings.
