The Fireye EP300S is a programmer module designed for use with the Flame-Monitor Burner Management Control System. This module provides start-up programming, safe start check, and flame monitoring supervision, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of industrial burners. The EP300S offers selectable purge timings and Trial for Ignition (TFI) periods, allowing customization to meet specific operational requirements. It supports both recycle and non-recycle operation modes and includes a running interlock circuit that continuously monitors limit switches, airflow switches, and fuel pressure switches. In the event of a flame failure, the module de-energizes all fuel valve circuits within 4 seconds, enhancing system safety. The EP300S is equipped with an RJ45 connector for interfacing with the ED510 display module and two RJ-style connectors for connection to an E500 communication interface. This module is part of Fireye’s EP Series programmer modules, engineered for precise burner management and reliable operation in various industrial applications.
