The Fireye E110 Flame-Monitor™ Burner Management Control System is a microprocessor-based solution engineered to provide precise burner sequencing, ignition, and flame monitoring for automatically ignited oil, gas, and combination fuel burners. In conjunction with limit and operating controls, it programs the burner/blower motor, ignition, and fuel valves to ensure proper and safe burner operation. The system also offers real-time operating status and lockout information during safety shutdowns.
Key features of the E110 include non-volatile memory to retain history and current position during power interruptions, constant flame signal read-out via an optional display module, and Modbus communications through an RS485 multi-drop link. The system supports various flame scanners, including ultraviolet, auto-check infrared, flame rod, or self-check ultraviolet types, by selecting the appropriate amplifier module. Interchangeable programmer and flame amplifier modules allow for complete versatility in selecting control functions, timing, and flame scanning methods.
The E110 utilizes an 18-terminal wiring base compatible with Fireye D-Series and C-Series controls, facilitating straightforward integration without the need for rewiring. Additional functionalities include selectable purge time via dipswitches, a run/check switch for sequence control during setup, and the capability to annunciate up to 16 additional interlocks using the E300 Expansion Module.
