The Fireye 25SU3-2100 is a rack-mounted flame safeguard amplifier designed to detect the presence or absence of a flame in single or multi-burner environments. It enhances burner discrimination by accurately differentiating the pulse rates produced by connected flame scanners.

Key Features:

• Dual Scanner Inputs: Capable of receiving pulse inputs from two flame scanners, labeled “A” and “B,” either separately or in combination.

• Configurable Logic Programs: Offers two logic programs, “Scanner Option 1” and “Scanner Option 2,” allowing users to select different operating parameters and designate which scanner(s) provide pulse inputs for each option. Switching between these options is achieved via an external dry contact input to the amplifier.

• Dynamic Range: Supports a dynamic range of up to 1,900 pulses per second, aligning with the output range of Fireye scanners.

• User-Friendly Interface: Equipped with a keypad entry system, password protection to prevent unauthorized parameter alterations, an eight-character alphanumeric display, and front panel LED status indicators.

• Adjustable Parameters: Allows for the adjustment of independent flame relay pull-in and drop-out thresholds, flame failure response time (FFRT) ranging from 1 to 6 seconds, and independent flame relay delay on time from 0 to 10 seconds.

• Relay Outputs: Includes one Form C SPDT marginal alarm relay and one fused DPDT Form C flame relay.

• Analog Output: Provides a scalable 4-20mA analog output for flame signal measurement.

• Remote Communications: Offers remote communications capability to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) using either Allen-Bradley DF1 or MODBUS communication protocols.
