The Fireye 25SU3-2000 Flame Amplifier is a highly advanced flame safeguard amplifier designed for detecting flame presence in single or multi-burner environments. It provides enhanced burner discrimination by analyzing pulse rates from compatible flame scanners, ensuring reliable operation in industrial combustion systems.
This amplifier is capable of receiving pulse inputs from two flame scanners (A and B), either separately or in combination, offering maximum flexibility. It features two logic programs, “Scanner Option 1” and “Scanner Option 2,” allowing users to configure independent operating parameters for each scanner. Switching between these two options is accomplished through an external dry contact input, enabling seamless integration with automation systems.
The 25SU3-2000 Flame Amplifier operates within a dynamic range of 1900 pulses per second, ensuring compatibility with Fireye scanners. Its design follows the global 19-inch format and supports operation on 24 VAC or 24 VDC power supplies.
