The Fireye 25RUB-4580 Flame Safeguard Control is a microprocessor-based burner management system designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial and industrial heating applications. It ensures safe operation by supervising the startup sequence, controlling the burner/blower motor, and managing fuel valves to provide proper sequencing, safe start-up, and flame monitoring. The system is compatible with various flame detection methods, including ultraviolet (UV) and flame rod sensors, allowing for flexibility in different combustion environments. LED indicator lights provide operating and alarm status, and a test jack allows for real-time flame reading. The system is tested to EN298 standards and is both UL Listed and FM Approved.
