The Delta Control Products DCS120-62 is a spring return electronic actuator designed for on/off control of HVAC dampers and valves requiring up to 62 lb-in (7 Nm) of torque. Operating on a 120 VAC ±10% power supply at 50/60 Hz, it consumes 7 VA (5W) in both running and holding positions. The actuator features a nominal 90° angle of rotation, with a maximum of 95°, and completes a full stroke in approximately 90 seconds under power. In the event of a power loss, the spring return mechanism reverts the actuator to its default position within 15 seconds. It accommodates round shafts ranging from 1/4 to 3/4 inches (6.4 to 20.5 mm) and square shafts from 1/4 to 1/2 inches (6.4 to 13 mm). The DCS120-62 is housed in a NEMA 1 (IP54) enclosure, suitable for standard operating temperatures between -25°F to 130°F (-32°C to 55°C) with a non-condensing humidity of up to 95%. Additionally, it includes a manual override feature via a hex head screw for manual positioning when necessary.
